Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use myflightposter.com (the "site") or buy from My Flight Poster ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them, and to our privacy policy, refund policy and shipping information.

We turn the flight and the details you enter into a custom poster, sold as a printed poster, a framed poster or a digital download. Printing and shipping are carried out by a print partner on our behalf.

• You are responsible for the names, dates, flight and text you enter.
• Flight information is looked up from third-party sources and can be incomplete or wrong. Check it before you approve.
• You confirm your details before we create your preview, and you see your proof before you pay. Once you pay, we make the poster as approved.
• You must have the right to use the content you enter, and it must not be unlawful, hateful or infringe anyone else's rights. We may refuse or cancel an order for this reason and refund you.

• Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• If we make a pricing error or can't fulfil an order, we may cancel it and refund you in full.

These are covered in our refund policy and shipping information, which are part of these terms. Printed posters ship within the United States only.

The poster design, layout and artwork belong to us. When you buy a poster or a download, you get a personal, non-commercial licence to print, display and gift it. You may not resell it or the file, or use it commercially. You keep the rights to the personal details you provided.

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, scrape it or access what isn't yours.

The site and posters are provided "as is". Colours can vary a little between screens and print. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in place when you placed them.
