Do they need their flight details?
They'll choose the flight themselves: by flight number and date, or by the airports they flew between. You don't need to know anything about it.
Does the Gift Card expire?
No. They can create their poster whenever they're ready.
Where can it ship?
Anywhere in the United States, with shipping included. We can't ship outside the US yet.
Can they choose the framed poster instead?
Yes. With a Flight Poster Gift Card they can upgrade to the framed poster and pay only the difference. A Framed Flight Poster Gift Card is always made as a framed poster.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, until the Gift Card has been used to create a poster. After that, our usual refund policy for posters applies. Refund policy
